Porsche has launched a pair of gifts for the holidays, with the company recently putting a special 911 through its paces on the Silverstone track in the UK to promote this. We are talking about the 911 that was created as a “thank you” message for reaching 5 million Facebook fans.
For Christmas, Porsche offers a 1:43 scale model of this 911. As for the New Year, the company has prepared 90-minutes driving experiences at the Porsche Experience Center in Silverstone. The latter is offered for GBP315 / EUR376 / USD510 (20% VAT included).

Porsche also held a competition on Facebook, with winner Dede Steward being taken for a hot shotgun ride on Silverstone . The experience included some pretty nice drifts, as you can see in the clip below.

The 911 we are talking about is a one-off brought to the world back in early August, being based on the Carrera 4S model. It’s dressed on Aqua Blue Metallic, riding on 20-inch wheels. The car comes with the Aerokit Cup including a special front apron with a lip, as well as a fixed rear wing, to name only a part of its goodies.
