Climb in a Porsche 911 GT3 RS and you’ll be in for one of the most racing-focused experiences a contemporary road car can offer. Of course, the vehicle can also serve as an excellent base for a tuning project and this is why we’ve decided to show you a gently touched example of the car, which was featured on the teamspeed forums.

The vehicle has received a light custom treatment, with the visual part offering it a cleaner look, and the tech mods offering a bit more muscle for the engine.

As the GT3 RS is a fine-balanced piece of machinery, the owner chose a discreet modification pathway, in order to keep this asset. This is why the only The 3.8 liter six-cylinder Boxer engine has been gifted with an EVO ECU remap, a bypass exhaust, as well as 92 mm exhaust tips that were powder coated in black satin. The new power rating of the unit hasn’t been announced. We can only remind you that the stock incarnation of the engine places 450 hp at the mercy of the driver’s right foot.

The same moderate approach was used for the exterior and interior modifications, with this offering the vehicle a racing appearance, rather than a custom one. As you know, when the GT3 RS leaves the Porsche factory it comes with multiple decals - the owner has had all these removed and added a silver rear emblem with a flat arctic silver finish that was also used for the wing tips and lower mirror struts. The racer also receiver carbon fiber exterior mirrors.

The OEM rims and the rear wing struts received a satin black powder coat finish, while the interior was gifted with a carbon fiber steering wheel.
