We mentioned the overall winner, the VW Up!, as well as the World Green Car of the Year, the Mercedes-Benz S250 CDI BlueEfficiency and the World Car Design of the Year, the Range Rover Evoque, but we wanted to offer its own piece of news to the sweet vehicle that received the 2012 World Performance Car of the Year.

We are, of course, talking about the fresh 991 generation of the Porsche 911, a vehicle that now laughs in the face of contenders such as the Lamborghini Aventador and the McLaren MP4-12C. What can we say? We’re thrilled by the launch of the 911 Carrera and Carrera S and are looking forward to meet the hotter versions of the vehicle.
