Since it’s not even the middle of the week, we figured changing the subject completely and talking about something worthy for the weekend would be a good idea. Here’s a hint: how about ordering your nice, little party hut, instead of calling for an extra pepperoni and cheese pizza for a change?
You might have heard about this peculiar tiny-house emerging trend going on lately. Some build their own out of recycled materials, others buy them new, but most of the people simply get some old vans or RVs and recondition them into houses on wheels. However, you should know there are also some business ideas for it, as more and more start-ups decide to turn them into bars and clubs.

You might remember those Russian fellows who bought an old transit bus and turned it into a rental club on wheels. It turns out these sort of peculiar ideas pop-up all over the world. This time, our curiosity takes us to the land of the traditional Irish pint. The picture above envisions a tiny Irish Pub on wheels called The Shebeen, a bar built using a 30-year-old caravan that reminds us of fairy tales.

Instead of the cookie house where the old witch lived, however, this chic building is in fact trying to revive the classic atmosphere of an intimate pub where small groups would gather and enjoy a nice chat. According to PSFK, The Shebeen’s owners worked for four months to renovate the caravan’s interior with taps, bar and handcrafted Irish oak floors to make the place as “pubby” a feel as possible.

The feeling might similar to taking a step back in the past, but it doesn’t mean the strategically placed electrical outlets to plug in you phone is not there. Only ten people fit in the pub, and they will hire it for any event, 24 hours a day, with a range of options depending on the customer’s needs.

If you can’t go to the bar, the bar comes to you, how cool is that?

P.S.: We did try to check out their website, but it appears that there’s a maintenance problem they are currently facing.
