Police Get Rough on Motorcycle Rider

Here's a footage from the streets of a (possibly Russian?) city showing a police car following a motorcycle and most likely asking the rider to pull to the right, with some rather rough consequences.
We couldn't tell whether the rider did something illegal prior to the moments depicted in this video, but refusing to pull over when a police car is chasing you and asks this repeatedly is not a wise choice, not in Russia and anywhere else.

Now, the rider wasn't exactly running away from the cops on what looks like a Yamaha R1: some heavier hand on the bike's throttle and he could have disappeared quite fast. Yet, as the car pulls in front of him and the two policemen get off, he's being literally dragged to the ground with no mercy, and the other cop dashes a poor excuse of a kick to the passenger's stomach.

Used to the rather violent acts on the streets of Russia, we feared this would go bad with guns blazing and whatnot, but luckily it didn't. Again, when the cops rush in sirens and all, it;s better to do what they say, even if it's just to give them no excuse for some on-the-fly beating.
