Corbin went one to design and create a new platform for the existing seat frame and slider inside the Polaris Slingshot. However, instead of engineering the common seats with shoulder bolsters, Corbin chose a different approach.

Thigh and side bolsters were used instead, thus allowing riders to have their shoulder free. This choice is coherent with the overall design and attire of the Slingshot, and helps deal with the lack of cabin space. As for those who like the wind-in-the-hair sensation, not feeling cramped between the deep shoulder bolsters should also be a major plus.

Ergonomic seating offers long-range support and room for a helmet

The Sport Bucket seats have been designed with care so that the back panels cradle the riders' bodies ergonomically, with the bolsters sporting a softer angle that adds to the support area.

In case the occupants of the Slingshot are required by the law to wear a helmet, Corbin has them covered. The design of the Sport Bucket seats offers plenty of room for the lids, so that the riders will not have to tilt their heads forward.

Heating elements inside the seats are optional, but since the Slingshot has an open cockpit, adding this option is a smart choice. The elements heat the seat and the back and are pre-installed for seamless integration. And because sun can damage the leather after prolonged exposure, seat covers in a stretchy material are also delivered. They can be effortlessly stored in a special-design pouch in the back of the headrests.

The Driver seat can be ordered in Black natural grain leather seating, Red Carbon-Fiber trim, Asphalt side panels and Black Diamond stitching. The Passenger one arrives Black natural grain leather seating, Burgundy Ostrich trim, Asphalt side panels and no stitch pattern.

Prices vary from $693 (€610) for a single seat without heating to $1,876 (€1,645) for a pair with heating. Head over to Corbin and make your choice of Polaris Slingshot Sport Bucket seats.
