We have to admit that following Pininfarina’s recent projects has filled us with heartache - electric compacts for the city of Paris and even a green bus - that’s not what we really want from the design house. And to add a cherry to the bitter tasting green cake, the plug has recently been pulled on the new Lancia Stratos project.
Now, the Italians have renewed their efforts and have come up with something potentially interesting and worthwhile - a new concept for an eco-minded sedan to debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March. Now, we don’t really get why a design house is bothering with green tech, but that LED headlight that’s present in their recently released teaser photo did get our automotive blood going.
Right now, all we know is that it’s called the Cambiano Concept, and that it is “an elegant and refined sport sedan conceived with great attention to the environment, both as to the engine and as to the [choice of] materials.”
