However, as he approaches a woman that is pedaling on her bike, he decides to make an extremely close pass, maybe in order not to get in front of the car that holds the dash cam which captured everything.
It was obvious that something would go wrong and it did: the scooter hits the bike and both the man and the woman are thrown to the ground in a violent chain of movements. Unfortunately, the video doesn’t show the complete aftermath of the accident, but we’re pretty sure he didn’t manage to pick her up...
