This is a car that will get every Charger fan all hot and bothered, it’s the 2012 version of the Charger Super Bee, a car that made it’s official debut at the 2011 Los Angeles International Auto Show back in November.
The paintwork pays homage to the 1968 original that pas part of the Dodge “Scat Pack”, but it’s also thoroughly modern with a SRT8 lump with 470 hp under the bonnet. The yellow car you see here, shot by our friend Nathan Craig, offers satin black graphics on the hood and boot lid. There’s also a black car that has charcoal gray graphics in the same places.

Rumor has it it will be priced at about $40,000 when it hits the market in summer 2012. To get this low sticker price, they’ve had to stick to fabric seats and a cheaper sound system, but it’s totally worth it in our opinion.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
