French carmaker Peugeot is sending over a slew of new cars to the Paris Motor Show his year. And with only a couple of days before the doors open and the journalists flood in, they’ve released the first feature film about to promote their new 301 sedan.
This car has been designed from the outset to be cheaper. It will be built at the Vigo plant in Spain, and will go on sale starting this November in Turkey, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Greece, The Middle East and African States.

It will compete directly with other budget sedans, like the new Skoda Rapid, Seat Toledo, the Logan II and even the Renault Symbol. The engine options will be strictly limited, but at least you won’t be ashamed that it’s brown.

autoevolution will be attending the Paris Motor Show 2012, so stay tuned for some real up close and personal shots of the vehicles, as well as for first-hand details of the motorized contraptions presented at the event.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
