Peugeot is set to make a comeback to the legendary Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in Colorado by entering a 208 T16 model driven by nine-time WRC world champion Sebastien Loeb.
The Peugeot 208 T16 Pikes Peak's specifications are yet to be unveiled, but we do know that the vehicle will run in the event's Unlimited class. The French company has won the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb twice in the late 1980s.

It was Ari Vatanen and Bobby Unser who took the checked flag in 1988 and 1989 respectively, both of them driving prepped Peugeot 405 T16 models. Ari Vatanen's record-breaking run was used to create the film "Climb Dance", parts of which you'll get to see in the promo below. We do advise you to look for the entire clip, as it's one of the best motorsport made movies.

The 2013 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb is scheduled to take place on June 30.
