Peugeot 207 Millesim Special Edition Launched

The British division of Peugeot announced today it will expand its 207 range by adding a special edition to the lineup that celebrates Peugeot’s 200th anniversary: the Millesim. Available with a choice of petrol and HDi diesel engines, the 207 Millesim models are based on the current S hatchback and SW versions.

Two petrol engine options will be available in the hatchback version: a 1.4 litre 8v 75 bhp unit and a 1.4 litre 16v VTi 95 bhp. The 207 SW Millesim will only be available with the latter option.

For hatchback HDi diesel versions, the 207 Millesim is powered by Peugeot’s 1.4 litre HDi 70 bhp or a 1.6 litre HDi 90 bhp engine. The 207 SW Millisem will only be available with the 1.6 litre HDi 90 bhp diesel engine.

The special edition models will benefit from a range of extra standard equipment comprising 15” alloy wheels, Peugeot Connect USB & Bluetooth, front fog lights, sports front grille with chrome detailing, coloured coded side rubbing strips with chrome inserts, aluminium roof bars (SW only) and Millesim 200 badging.

Other features offered as standard include ABS, EBA, EBFD, power steering, four airbags, remote control central locking with deadlocks, three rear three-point seat belts, steering column adjustable for reach and rake, radio / single CD player, body colour exterior door mirrors, trip computer, electrically operated / heated door mirrors and air-conditioning, among others.

The 207 Millesim range will be priced from £11,995 on-the-road for the 1.4 8v 75 petrol hatchback version. As we previously reported, all models bought in June will also come with a free unlocked Nokia 5230 smart phone with inbuilt satellite navigation.
