With the all new Lexus RC being revealed at this year’s Tokyo Motor Show, all we want now is to see its performance F version.
But guess what... Lexus has officially programmed the Lexus RC F to be unveiled at the 2014 North American International Auto Show, promising to come with “advanced expression of design and performance - not bolted on, but engineered within.”
The standard RC will be available with two engine choices - a powerful 3.5-liter gasoline one developing 318 PS and 380 Nm and a 2.5-liter hybrid plant making a combined 220 PS and 300 Nm of torque.
The RC F promises to house a 5-liter V8 engine under its hood and send 455 hp to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic gearbox. The new F is also said to wear a lot of carbon fiber body parts and to offer an LFA-like driving experience.
