The Nissan 370Z is one of the most coveted cars on the market, be it new or used. In the latter case, the appeal of a Z with some miles on it increases exponentially depending on who drove those miles.
Back in October, auction house Barrett-Jackson announced it would be selling during the January 2020 Scottsdale auction a number of vehicles that belonged to Fast and Furious star Paul Walker. Among them, a 2009 Nissan 370Z painted in silver.

The car has little modifications to it, mostly limited to the custom wheels. Other than that, it is powered by the stock 3.7-liter V6 engine that develops 332 hp and is linked to a 6-speed manual transmission. The sports car is also equipped with push-button start, automatic climate control and cruise control.

The odometer of the Z reads 3,092 miles, some of which were driven on the set of the Fast Five installment of the Fast and Furious franchise.

The car sells during the auction with no reserve, meaning it will go to the highest bidder.

Aside for the Nissan 370Z, the Paul Walker collection that will go under the hammer next month comprises everything from a 2000 Audi S4 to a 2013 Ford Mustang Boss 302S. In between them there are seven BMW M3s.

Of the seven, two are E30s, but it is the rest of five that will most certainly steal the show. All have been produced from 1992 to 1999, and are part of the E36 Lightweight series of cars, built as in response to American racing teams asking for a vehicle homologated to take part in sports car racing.

The Lightweight moniker means these Bimmers are stripped of unnecessary weight, and they have no radio, air conditioning, leather seats, tool kit, and sunroof.

“We’re deeply honored to offer the amazing Paul Walker Collection at our 2020 Scottdale Auction,” said in a statement at the time of the announcement in October Craig Jackson, CEO of Barrett-Jackson.

“Paul’s impact was immense through both his influence as an actor in the ‘Fast and the Furious’ movies and his philanthropic drive as the founder of Reach Out Worldwide. We’re proud to help continue Paul Walker’s legacy by offering his esteemed collection to their new caretakers at our flagship Scottsdale event.”
