Honda teams up with snack manufacturer Pata and Tonello Energie for the 2013 World SuperBike and SuperSport series and the teams and new machines have been officially unveiled in Verona, Italy.
WSBK riders Jonathan Rea and Leo Haslam have showcased their new racing liveries, all in bright white and looking really neat. Honda hopes that the updated CBR1000RR Fireblade bikes will make it big in the WSBK series. Both Rea and Haslam were quite anxious to ride the machines in the last test which is supposed to take place on the Jerez circuit this week and expect great performance from the latest updates to their bikes.
The Pata Honda team is joined by two SuperSport rookies: the Dutch Michael van der Mark and Italian Lorenzo Zanetti, both riding the multiple-winner CBR600RRs.
The 2013 World SuperBike and SuperSport Series start on February 24 with the Phillip Island race in Australia.
