As we reported last month, one of the novelties scheduled to be introduced by Renault at the upcoming Paris Auto Show is the facelift for the Renault Laguna.Now, the first images and initial details for the French vehicle has surfaced the web (the info was published by the autoblog.it website).
The Laguna facelift, which covers both the sedan and the estate version of the car, brings a series of mild modifications that manage to offer a fresh image for the models.
The car’s headlights have been redesigned, now coming with more refined shape that come to show the vehicle’ maturity. The front grille also comes with a new design, while the front bumper has a fresh, stylish design that makes extensive use of chromed details. The rest of the modifications (rear of the vehicle and interior) have not been revealed yet.
The revision also brings modifications under the hood of the French vehicle. As expected, this bring an efficiency premium that allows the car to follow the current eco trend of the market.
The Laguna’s 110 hp 1.5 liter diesel powerplant has maintained the same output, but offers a reduced CO2 emissions level, dropping from 128 to 120 grams per km. Other engine range modifications are expected, but the details haven’t been offered yet.
