American socialite Paris Hilton has just added a new McLaren 650S Spider at her long and crazy list of belongings. The super-rich great-granddaughter of the founder of Hilton Hotels, was spotted after she parked her $300,000 supercar at Barneys New York in Beverly Hills, California.
The 33-year old was first spotted at a dealership in January where she returned Tuesday to pick her black 641 horsepower beast, Female First reports. She and her pet Chihuahua Peter Pan, who was spotted riding the car as she pulled out of the showroom, reportedly spent the rest of the afternoon shopping at the Chanel boutique.
Paris Hilton is known for her extravagant spending. In fact she owns plenty of other luxury four-wheelers, of which we remind a few: Ferrari California, Lexus LFA white, pink Bentley, Rolls-Royce Ghost and Mercedes SLR coupe. However, this supercar is allegedly the gap-filler of the huge void between the average 12C and the P1 and comes with the latest and most advanced technology.
The 650s boasts new wheels shod in Pirelli P Zero Corsa sticky tires, tweaked suspension spring rates, an updated ProActive Chassis Control system, bigger air intakes, a reduced drag coefficient and Alcantare trim for the dashboard. And for those already in love with the P1, this baby comes with one-piece carbon fiber tub seats similar to the hybrid hypercar.
Moreover, its grudge comes out of an 3.8-liter V8 that’s a little more keen to impress, offering a bump of 25hp and 58 lb-ft (78 Nm) over the model it’s based on and replaces, the 12C. The 650S comes in both coupe and Spider model, but it came natural for Paris to chose the latter version.
One thing pops in our mind when we think of Paris Hilton driving all this out-of-this-world machines: her not so bright driving background that involves even a couple of days spent in prison for DUI.
