Paris Hilton and Jay Leno Talking Racing, Motorcycles... and More

We knew Paris Hilton has her very own 125GP racing team put up to work, with young rider Maerick Vinales already making history, but we still felt reluctant about her involvement in motor racing, which she believes is an amazing sport. However, she was able to have a little over a minute of conversation with Jay Leno during the latest episode of The Tonight Show.

We must admit we were surprised to see that she was able to string more than two words together on the subject. Arriving at the set riding pillion on a bike sporting her team’s racing livery, she wore a leather jacket of the same colors.

However, we couldn’t help notice that she knows squat about properly dismounting a motorcycle. In fact, the blond hotel heiress nearly stuck her high heel in the saddle - and in the rider’s back, for that matter.

Asked by Leno about her two-wheeled motorized entrance, Hilton replied: “I have my own racing team. This is a real racing team. We just won first place at the huge race in France. I'm very proud." Leno then assumed (well) that she was not riding the bike herself. “No, my rider Maverick was. He is 16 and incredibly talented,” she replied.

And indeed he is. In fact, Vinales claimed his first World Championship victory at Le Mans two weeks ago, thus becoming the youngest Spanish rider ever to achieve it by beating Jorge Lorenzo who had held the previous record since the GP of Brazil in 2003.

Hilton also told Leno she has a pink Vespa, on which the fastest she’s gone was... 50. She also added that she didn’t want to ride the bike alone because she didn’t want to hurt the audience... too bad she opened her mouth, as she managed to hurt them anyway...

You might want to stop the video at 2:00, where she begins babbling about her dog house in which a pig also inhabits... or something...
