Pagani Huayra BC, Tempesta Huayra Driving on Vegas Strip Make Up For Lost Zonda

Looking back to the era of the Zonda, we still find it hard to believe Pagani couldn't offer its technical wonder in the US. Nevertheless, the Italians are now working overtime to make up for all those lost years, with the company having recently introduced the latest Huayra goodies to the American public.

The Zonda wasn't street-legal in America due to safety reasons, such as the lack of a passenger airbag. You could still drive one under the show and display law, but that meant your annual mileage was limited to 2,500.

Fortunately, as we mentioned above, the Huayra has gone past such issues. Earlier this month, we showed you the first Huayra BC that had set wheel on American land and now we're back on the topic, since we have a combo to show you.

The Benny Caiola incarnation of the Huayra, of which only 20 units are being built, has been joined by the Tempesta Package Huayra (this is a retrofittable kit that costs $160,000), with the two recently shamelessly exposing their carbon fiber goodies and their otherworldly exhaust in Las Vegas.

Nevertheless, when even Pagani employees mention a Zonda when having to talk about their favorite hypercars, we're not quite sure the otherwise delicious twin-turbo madness we have here can fully make up for the Zonda's status.

Oh well, since there's no use crying over spilled gasoline, we're inviting you to hit the "play" button below and let the two Paganis show "junior" supercars, such as the McLaren 12C and the Ferrari 458, how it's done. Don't expect 100 percent of the people on The Strip to turn their heads, though. This is Vegas after all, so gambling and partying come first.

Those of you reading this from the states that know what the winter seasons means shouldn't fret - the Huayra BC knows its way around snow and ice.
