Pac-Man Ferrari 488 Spider Wrap Is All Fun and Games

A few years ago, when liquid wraps started rising, it seems like the world of vinyl wraps was doomed. Fortunately for customisation fans, the second skin job is not just alive and kicking, but the realm has now grown stronger than ever before.

Facing the threat we mentioned in the intro, the vinyl world has found a simple way to thrive, coming up with tons and tons of fresh designs that would act as an attention magnet.

Case in point with the second skin of the Ferrari in the image above. We're talking about a 488 Spider, one that now acts like a four-wheeled version of Pac-Man.

The dark-themed wrap impresses through the level of attention to detail it packs and the thing seems to suit the Fezza just fine. For one thing, this is a 488 Spider, which means that, when the roof is closed, it could look like the supercar is devouring its occupants.

Then we have the few yellow elements that stand out, even when mixed with the wacky wrap we have here. While the Ferrari shields on the front wings and the yellow brake calipers are items we've already gotten used to, we can't say the same about the headlights.

The yellow tint of the front lights reminds us of the Ferrari 488 GTE circuit version of the Prancing Horse we're talking about.

And while this 488 Spider has kept its factory wheels, the rolling goodies were given a matter black finish in order to fit the main hue used for the wrap - the wheels could've used a liquid wrap, demonstrating that the two ways of dressing your car up can peacefully coexist.

We don't have the full list of custom goodies fitted to the car, but we wouldn't be surprised to find out the twin-turbo V8 occupying the middle section of the Italian exotic has been gifted with a custom exhaust. Because... why not?
