It looks like thieves turned away from posh complicated-to-steal luxury cars and got back to simple and reliable vehicles, such as the 1995 Toyota 4Runner.
A woman from Kennewick, Washington, reported to the police that her Toyota 4Runner was nicked from her place at Virginia Maiden’s apartment complex on 4th Avenue.

Working at a McDonald’s in town, she was probably surprised a few hours later to see her own car in the drive-thru queue. Lucky or not, the woman acted quickly and called the police, who came promptly and arrested the thief, a 22-year-old woman named Katherine York.

In the 4Runner, police also found lots of stolen clothes and there was a man traveling with Katherine. While he was released, the female thief was arrested and she will be doing some time at Beneton County Jail.
