Orange County Choppers has been well known for the multitude of charitable events they've been involved in and this October the list grows bigger.
OCC will be hosting the “Run for Chris Family Day 5K / 10K event" on October 20th. This event aims to raise funds in help of Christopher Warren, a biker involved in an accident in Montgomery, NY. This crash caused Christopher Warren to lose an arm and a leg.
All the net proceeds resulting from this event will be donated to Christopher directly to cover for hospital bills and assist his family get him the much needed prosthetics.
Runners willing to take part in the OCC Run for Chris Family Day 5K / 10K event can register using the dedicated website. Registration fees are now $20 for an individual and $85 for a family entry. After October 15th, the individual fee will raise to $25 and remain unchanged until race day. Family entries will not be available on that day. Online registration ends October 19th, 5PM local time.
