Created to preview Opel/Vauxhall’s next-generation design philosophy, the Monza Concept is said to showcase “maximum efficiency of vehicle architecture, powertrain and materials”, as well as “innovative connectivity solutions for individual mobility”. The vehicle’s design features a “low stance with flowing lines” and “striking headlamp treatment” for the front end, while the overall styling is said to have a light and athletic look.

“It covers a whole range of subject areas and elements,” said Karl-Thomas Neumann, Opel/Vauxhall CEO. “It carries them forward in a visionary fashion, expressing them with fresh inspiration and clarity. This car is a study that will have a long-term impact on the next generation of Vauxhall and Opel models.”

No word on whether the Opel Monza Concept will be offered as a production model in the near future or not.
