The world of tuners has many segments, with each of them targeting a specific part of the modification-addicted public. Onyx Concept is a player on the exclusive tuning market, offering modification packages for high-class vehicles.

The company started out in life by customizing Range Rovers, with its vehicle portfolio consequently expanding to include ultra-premium cars. Want some examples? Porsche and Bentley should be enough to convince anyone that this is a tuner that means business.

Now, Onyx Concept expanded its range of covered vehicles once again, including the mighty BMW M3 in its offer.

The German coupe uses a naturally aspirated 4.0 liter V8 unit that delivers 420 hp when it leaves the factory. The tuning house took the powerplant and played with it, allowing it to offer 621 hp.

The company hasn’t mentioned the modifications received by the engine. However, considering the hefty power increase, we can expect it to come with forced induction and the rest of the goodies usually found on units of this type, such as a performance air filter, a new exhaust a ECU remap and high-flow injectors.

The exterior of the vehicle comes with custom bumpers, fresh side skirts and a number of components made of carbon fiber, with the list including the front bumper, rear diffuser, hood and trunk lid.

The tuner has also paid attention to the vehicle’s interior’ fitting it with a “buffalo hide” leather finish, and carbon fiber trimming.

Onyx Concept will introduce its tuning kit for the BMW M3 on October 31.
