One-off Pagani Zonda HH Coming

We knew that the mighty Pagani Zonda would strike again! The C9 (the Zonda’s replacement) and the future smaller V8 Pagani supercar are trying the steal the Zonda’s show, but this is no easy task.

The latest surprise move is the fact that Pagani will built yet another one-off Zonda, with the project being called HH, as reported by the Teamspeed forums.

The vehicle will use the bodywork of the Zonda F Roadster (with certain modifications), but this houses the beefy powerplant from the Cinque that develops 680 hp and will feature exclusive features such as a ceramic coated titanium exhaust.

The vehicle will be one lightweight animal, as it will tip the scales as low as 1,210 kg (2,670 pounds).

The vehicle will also make extensive use of carbon, with the material being used for multiple elements, such as the brakes (carbon-ceramic) and the bodywork (carbon fiber). It will also use a carbon-titanium tub.

It seems that the owner has virtually built the perfect Zonda, as the supercar will come with a manual gearbox. The special vehicle will come dressed in Monterey Blue or a color that comes close. In addition to that, it will use center-lock rims.

The future owner promises that he will constantly put the Zonda HH through its paces and not keep it in a museum. This is great news, but we are curious to see the details, because the client comes from America, a country where the Zonda was never imported due to the fact that it doesn’t meet the U.S. emission standards. We’ll have to see what solution he and Horacio Pagani have found for that.
