The 2015 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance is shaping up to be one of the most exciting ever held. McLaren just announced its line-up for the event and things are looking great.
The most impressive cars of their line-up seem to be the MSO (McLaren Special Operations) 570S Coupes according to their press release but we’re enticed by all of their cars, to be frank.

The 570S cars will be the first of the McLaren Sport Series models and two of them have been created for this occasion precisely, both of them unique in their own way.

First we have a Mauvine Blue one that features a bespoke interior made in Carbon Black leather and carefully picked out detailing while the second will be sporting a Ventura Orange paint with a selection of styling details from the MSO Defined range of options. Needless to say, these two were put together to show the world what the MSO can do.

Other than the new Sport Series cars the guests will also have the chance to admire two Super Series models, a 675LT and a 650S Le Mans Edition.

The Long Tail (LT) is the lightest and most track-focused car in the Sport Series range and only 500 of them have been made, all of which have been accounted for. With an acceleration of 2.9 seconds to 100 km/h (62mph) and drop-dead gorgeous looks, it’s hard to say no to it.

The other Super Series car will be a 650S Le Mans Edition, a car that was also created by MSO. This time, it wasn’t to show off their customizing skills but to celebrate 20 years since the British brand won the famous French endurance race.

Only 50 650S Le Mans cars will ever be made and all of them have already been sold. Special features include design aspects taken from McLaren F1 GTR chassis #01R which won the won 20 years ago.

A fully functioning roof-mounted ‘snorkel’ air intake, front wing louvres and lightweight alloy wheels are styled around the design of the 1995 racer. In a change to the standard offering, which was finished in Sarthe Grey – inspired by the livery of the race-winning model – the car has been finished in the famous McLaren Orange, originally used by Bruce McLaren on his racers of the 1960s.
