Here's an utterly silly scooter rider doing one of the worst overtaking maneuvers we saw in many a year. For starters, it's quite obvious the guy came in with too much speed, failing to see both lines are slowing down almost to a stop.
Now, his choice was either too late or simply bad. Too late because he had some chances to squeeze between the two cars should he have throttled on and hoped for the best. Watching the slow motion crash again and again, we reckon he could have made it... an extremely close call, but he could have done it, because we actually see this happening once in a while.
Simply bad because he'd have been way better off being aware of traffic and either driving slower or braking really hard. Again, braking hard in time would have increased the chances to miss hitting the cars. Thankfully the guy seems to be ok, so it's just another lesson to be learned.
