While everybody loves a classic car in original condition, custom builds are without a doubt worth a look, especially when the owner invested over $400,000 in a project.
Yes, this is how much it cost to bring the 1960 Impala we have here to the show car condition you can check out in the photo gallery, and the good news is the vehicle can be yours today for much less.

In other words, this one of a kind Impala is now listed for sale online, and Fast Lane Classic Cars, the garage in charge of finding a new owner, says you can take it home for just $149,995. So what’s so special about this Chevy?

First of all, the power comes from a 348-ci (5.7-liter) V8 engine with a custom EFI Tri-Power fuel injection system and paired with a 4L60E automatic transmission.

It sports a REVO custom chassis and one-off 17-inch Billet Specialties wheels. It also comes with one-piece chrome bumpers, custom stainless steel interior trim pieces, a unique two-tone leather interior, and a custom-made center console and gauges.

Everything is in show car condition, and the restoration is the work of Mann’s Restoration based in Missouri. The car has been showcased at SEMA and had the same owner since 1964.

Needless to say, everything is working just as you’d expect it to work, though it goes without saying this isn’t necessarily the kind of car you should use as a daily driver. It’s more of a collector’s gem, so whoever buys it would obviously need to make sure the Impala is stored just in the right conditions.

The car has just 290 miles (466 km) on the clock since the restoration project was completed and comes with all the options fitted by Chevrolet in the factory as well as several upgrades, including power windows, power steering, power seats, air conditioning, and four-wheel power disc brakes.

The garage selling the Impala also offers some financing options.
