Here's a piece of motorcycling technology which introduces new meaning to the concept of extreme bike tuning. Some say it could be named "Vespaboard", and the name could really do justice to this scooter.
Whether you like it or not, there are some things about this build which are undeniable. It probably is one of the bikes with the lowest clearance in the world, even though riding on uneven asphalt or when having to get past a curb, things will be very iffy.
Despite its rat attire, this scooter is more extreme than most others we're seen so far. Another thing is the highly uncomfortable riding position which also eliminates any practicality for rides which are longer than 10 minutes or so.
Even so, this custom rat Vespa (or Vesp-ish) scooter is a cool build.
