In order to launch an automotive-themed watch you need to team up with a carmaker, right? Wrong. Officine Autodromo’s latest collection shows us that you need no connection to the car world other than that in your heart to do this.
This is the watchmaker’s launch collection and mixes Swiss tech with Italian design - they are actually created by industrial designer Bradley Price and inspired by instruments of Italian racers from the 60s' and 702. . We are talking about thee models: Veloce (which means “speed” in Italian), Brescia (the Italian town where the Mile Miglia race starts and finishes) and Valelunga (a racetrack on the outskirts of Rome).

The Swiss Ronda quartz mechanism is held inside a 42 mm cased made from either PVD-coated or brushed stainless steel, with the perforated leather wrist strap being connected directly to the case. Each of the three is offered for a price of $425.

Our say: nice move with the retro Alfa interior for the photo shoot!
