The Ferrari 612 Scaglietti has received a tuning kit from Novitec Rosso, with the package targeting both the performance and the aesthetics areas of the Italian Grand Tourer. The Scaglietti’s 5.8 liter V12 powerplant, which originally developed 540 hp at 7,250 rpm and 588 Nm at 5,250 rpm, now delivers 565 hp at 7,290 rpm and 609 Nm of torque at 5,300 rpm.

The increase has been achieved through the use of a Novitec Rosso stainless-steel exhaust system, which features four 90 mm angle-cut tailpipes, offering a distinct sound and a remap for the engine management system.

The extra power and torque shave 0.3 s off the vehicle’s 0 to 100 km/h sprint time, as it only needs 3.9 seconds to cover it. At the same time, the vehicle’s top speed has been increased from 315 km/h (195 mph) to 325 km/h (202 mph).

The Novitec Rosso Ferrari 612 Scaglietti features a custom-tailored tire/rim combination, using three piece NF3 alloy wheels that feature a five double spoke design and polished outer flanges. The front wheels come in a 19 inch size, while the rear ones come in a 20 inch size. The rims are wrapped in Pirelli high performance tires.

The tuner also offers new taillights and an interior package that can be tailored made to suit the customer’s taste.

NOVITEC ROSSO upgrades the four-seat interior according to customers’s personal preferences. The ergonomically shaped sport steering wheel comes in any color imaginable. But NOVITEC ROSSO realizes not only Ferrari owners’s personal material and color selections, it also custom-tailors the seat to each customer’s body measurements. Special requests such as for seats with even more lateral support or a lowered seat position for especially tall drivers round out the interior customization program,” stated the press release.
