As we wait for Novitec to release the N-Largo widebody package for the McLaren 720S, the mid-engine supercar from Woking is much obliged to offer 86 additional horsepower compared to the stock model. The secret to this upgrade is the N-Tronic ECU re-flash, which can be had in three stages of power.
Together with the engine-controlling device, the German tuner from Stetten recommends to upgrade the exhaust system with a stainless-steel catalyst pipe, 100 Zeller sport metal catalysts with reduced back pressure, as well as the Tectronic upgrade that’s designed to “to avoid error indications” from the aftermarket parts.

Customers with deeper pockets can go for the Inconel exhaust system and black-coated tailpipes, described as a racing specification by Novitec. 20- and 21-inch aluminum wheels with a double-spoke design are also available, even in gold if you so wish to roll in your McLaren 720S.

Along with the wheels, Novitec is much obliged to level up the British supercar with a lowering spring set, plus aluminum spacers that enlarge the front and rear tracks by 22 and 30 millimeters, respectively. “Based on extensive wind tunnel testing,” the company came up with a number of aerodynamic enhancements which are both show and go.

Made from carbon fiber, these come in the form of the front spoiler lip, spoiler attachment, front flaps, air intakes, side panels, mirror caps, engine cover and intake, side wall intakes, lateral trim of the rear bumper, diffusor flaps and fins, rear spoiler, headlight inserts, and the list goes on. Even the tailpipes cover can be had in carbon fiber, along with the rear diffuser and rear bumper.

With the upgrades installed, the Novitec McLaren 720S is much obliged to shoot to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.7 seconds, two tenths quicker than the bone-stock model. The 200 km/h (124 mph) barrier is broken in 7.5 seconds, and flat out, the car tops at 346 km/h (215 mph).

For those customers with pesky neighbors, fret not. Novitec thought of this possibility as well, offering a flap control module that can silence the exhaust. Or crank it up to eleven, whichever of the two extremes is to your liking.
