No Ice Screws, No Movement

This is an awesome depiction of what riding your bike on a in icy surface really means. I mean riding your bike on ice with no ice screws, that is.
In such a scenario, the grip is going to be rather constant: almost zero. All the movement you and your bike will be able to generate will be sideways and if you're not able to keep the bike from totally sliding out of control means you're going to drop it.

Now, doing such a trick on a frozen lake or river may not be the best idea. Dropping a heavy bike on the ice and cracking it open leads to no fun results. Not for you, not for your bike and definitely not for your pride.

Hopefully you'll now think twice before going out for a ride in winter. Or at least have some screw-loaded tires mounted on the bike. Ride safe and have fun: winter is coming, as they say!
