Nissan’s continues its on going Off the Stage campaign, having the American funk band Tuxedo performing their “So Good” single while riding in the company’s new SUV. It’s one of the first occasions for us to actually get a better look at the new car, designed with plenty of aggressive curves, slashes and swipes.
Since the beginning of this summer, Nissan has started a new video series called Off the Stage, through which the company is taking musical acts, putting them behind the wheel of its models, and getting them to perform versions of their songs, using just the power options inside the vehicle.

This time, they have invited a young funk band to play their third single in the 2015 Nissan Murano, which is quite the event considering we have yet got to see much of the reinvented SUV. Compared to last year, this model keeps most of its mechanicals. It comes with the same 3.5-liter V6 engine, connected to a CVT that either sends 260 horsepower to the front-wheels or optionally to all four.

However, it’s design and styling are what make it probably the sexiest model Nissan ever made. Inspired by the Resonance Concept that was on display at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, the new Murano includes a toned-down “V-Motion” nose and the trademark boomerang-shaped light fixtures, along with an updated infotainment system and newer security features.
