As personalization of new cars becomes bigger and bigger business, more manufacturers are cutting themselves a piece of the customization pie. Nissan had thus far steered clear of this new trend, yet their Juke was a perfect contender for a car with an extensive personalization program.
Well, Nissan were well aware of this, and now they have announced a new personalization program for European buyers. They will be able to choose from three special design packages, called Style, Premium and Exclusive, each giving the funky crossover a unique flavour.
Also, prospective buyers can choose from a wide range of colors for the interior and exterior plastic trim pieces, which can be bought in Force Red, Glossy White, Orange Racing, Piano Black or Silver Grey - the same colors can also be specified for the car’s new-design rims.
This is only the start, says Nissan, and they will be increasing the number of available personalization options within the next few months, if the current ones work as well as they had hoped.
We say the Juke was already a unique and attractive package, and with this new personalization program, it may have become even more appealing to some prospective Mini and Citroen DS3 buyers, who want two extra doors, yet they still want standout styling and lots of customization options.
