The Nissan Juke Nismo had already received attention from Senner Tuning, but now the tuner is back on the topic to refresh the visuals and add some power.
The 1.6-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine gets an extra 25 HP and 18 lb-ft (25 Nm) and now delivers 225 HP and 202 lb-ft (275 Nm). To achieve this, Senner used an INJEN cold air intake, a stainless steel exhaust and an ECU remap.
Senner Tuning also talks about an update for the drive-by-wire throttle. The company mentions a “power converter eliminates the moment of inertia of the electronic gas pedal and thus ensures an even more spontaneous drive of the Nismo Juke”.
The Juke now rides on 20-inch alloy wheels that use a Black & White finish. These are wrapped in Continental Sport Contact 5P tires, which come in a size of 255/30 R20. The crossover has kind of lost this attribute though, as it received lowering springs that bing it 35 mm closer to the road.
Climbing aboard, we find sport seats finished in what Senner calls “velour leather”, also featuring red stitching, while the steering wheel comes in Alcantara.
