Nissan is currently contemplating entering the affordable sports car market. However, everybody knows that go-fast vehicles aren’t exactly the first choice when you want to make money. Thus, Nissan is now testing the market with a pair of concepts, the IDx Freeflow and IDx Nismo. We’’ve already talked about these earlier today and now we’re here to bring you the Tokyo Motor Show live photos of the IDx Freeflow.
This represents the more reasonable proposal of the two, envisioning a comfortable car you could use every day. It measures 4.1 meters (161 inches) in length, 1.7 meters (67 inches) in width and 1.3 meters (51 inches) in height.
This is a four-seater concept and while the interior focuses on passenger relaxation, the exterior comes with styling cues inspired from those of the original Nissan Skyline.
Nissan sees a potential production version being powered by a 1.2-1.5 liter gasoline engine, which would be matted to a CVT transmission.
