The infamous racing tracks we all worship, such as Belgium's Spa-Francorchamps, were obviously not built for gravity-powered transportation means, such as snowboards. But don't expect this to stop people from getting their kicks by mixing the two.
This is precisely what takes place in the piece of footage below, which sees a snowboarder having tons of fun on Spa.
Now, you might be wondering how the man covered the propulsion chapter of his adventure, but this is where a Nissan GT-R offered to provide assistance.
Belonging to a company that offers four-wheeled contraptions, be they street machines or racecars, to those who want to try their hand at navigating Spa and/or the Nurburgring, the GT-R was more than glad to help. In fact, the driver and the winter sports fan went for a bit of team drifting, as you'll be able to see in the clip.
As just about everybody knows by now, the R35 can make for one awesome sliding machine. However, drifting while having to factor in the human being at the other end of the team was no easy feat. Thankfully, no helmet was harmed in the making of this video.
Given the speed involved (more on that below), this wasn't the safest track stint out there. So we see ourselves forced to pull a classic "do not try this at home" on you.
Here's what the team behind the shenanigan had to say about the snowy feat: "With an empty Spa-Francorchamps, fresh snow and the full RSR fleet in their disposal our boys decided to make the most of this unique opportunity. With Fred behind the wheel of our 2013 Nissan GTR and Christoph on the snowboard what started as a joke proved to be an immensely fun day at the track. With speeds over 120km this isn't for the faint hearted."
