Last week, Nissan, Honda and Lexus unveiled their new race cars developed for the 2014 Super GT Series in Japan, with all three vehicles showcased at the Suzuka Circuit ahead of the fifth round of the 2013 GT500 season.
While Nissan decided to use a GT-R-based race car in 2014 as well, Lexus and Honda worked on completely new vehicles. Lexus came up with LF-CC-based racer (upcoming RC or IS coupe) and Honda took their future NSX sportscar and turned it into a mean looking track machine.

Except for the Lexus LF-CC, which has some technical issues and has to pose for the cameras in the pits only, the race cars completed a noisy lap around the Suzuka Circuit. Scroll below to watch the videos and get a taste of what’s to come in the 2014 Super GT series.
