Our industry can’t nourish without transportation, but the planes, freight trains, trucks and vans are also responsible for a big part of the carbon dioxide that is said to slowly kill out planet. That is about to change with the extensive use of electric transport vehicles usage now, and the Nissan e-NV200 is here to join the party this year.
The Nissan e-NV200 will be available in both panel van and five-seat passenger hauler as well as with two main trim levels to which a list of optional packs can be added. Powering the van will be the same drivetrain currently powering the Leaf model, which is said to bring around £2,500 in fuel savings in 4 years... wow!

In its basic trim level, the e-NV200 panel van starts at £15,562 (with the government incentive) and comes with luggage slide hook and parcel tray, full metal partition with window, 2 speaker CD/FM audio system with MP3 compatibility, rearview camera, steel spare wheel, electric mirrors, 15-inch steel wheels, ABS/VDC, iKey, powered windows and French back doors with panels.

It’s passenger counterpart starts at £22,859 and adds some extras to make it more people friendly, like seats, cruise control, speed limiter, air conditioning, tire pressure monitor, rear tailgate, tinted glass, rear window defroster and wiper as well as a full airbag pack.

The Nissan e-NV200 can also be purchased via the Flex program - an affordable battery leasing option that reduces the initial purchase price of the car. Full details and pricing can be found in the press release bellow.
