Nike+ Sportwatch Launched with TomTom

Nike and TomTom today presented a new range of the running-dedicated Nike+ Sportwatch, with this including multiple editions and color combinations, as well as started product for those who are new to running.

The nikeplus.com website has also debuted, with this offering an interesting function called NikeFuel that transforms a runner’s mileage into universal units that measure movements in a wide variety of sports. This can be used by owners of both old and new NikeFuel watches.

The new Nike+ Sportwatch comes in colors that have been designed to match Nike’s apparel and shoe lines, with these including classic black/anthracite, stylish anthracite/blue glow and high impact volt green.

At the bottom of the range, we find the anthracite/blue glow model (GBP129/ EUR160 or USD200), which is only destined for outdoor use and can be matched with a Shoe Sensor that can be purchased independently. As for the other editions (GBP149/EUR185/USD232, these come with a Show Sensor that can be used both indoors and outdoors.
