Stunts, even if we're talking scooter stunts, are to be best performed on closed roads, where the dangers of incoming traffic or other vehicles approaching in from behind is zero. Doing motorcycle stunts in traffic seems like willingly forfeiting pretty much all the chances to make it well in case something goes wrong.
And since in most cases when insufficient training or skills are playing a major role things usually go wrong, one would expect that guys like these should know better. Well, they hopefully do now, as we could say they got a really close call.
