It's not looking good for Suzuki, financial figures for the end of the year as they have to replace to master front brake cylinder for some 210,228 motorcycles.
We reported earlier that Suzuki issued a voluntary recall campaign as they found out what was causing the decreased stopping performance with some of their GSX-R bikes.
The NHTSA confirms the recall (number 13V449000) and has estimated the aforementioned number of GSX-R600 2004-2013, GSX-R750 2004-2013 and GSX-R1000 2005-2013 which will need a new master cylinder.
Suzuki says the customers will be notified and the bikes should start receiving new masters as of November 4th, 2013. The replacement will be free of charge and Suzuki also declares they are readying a massive supply of front brake masters to get the job done as soon as possible.
