We’re not big football fans, as in we lack the basic enthusiasm to actually consider ourselves good enough to have a professional opinion. We do know this much though - to be a prosperous NFL defensive end you’re going to have to be a big person. And at 6 ft 3 in (1.91 m) and 337 lbs (153 kg), Indianapolis Colts’ star Arthur Jones sure is an imposing sportsman. The problem is, that won’t pass as a good thing when it comes to sports cars like the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray.
Since the C7 is a two-seater sports car, we’re looking at a low-clearance vehicle that could come out as being a little cramped for those who come in big proportions.

The word in the sports biz is that Arthur Jones recently signed a 5-year contract with the Indianapolis Colts in a deal worth $6 million per year. That’s about the right amount of cash to consider yourself able to buy any car you want.

The 28-year-old football defensive end sure knows that, but unfortunately it’s not his bank account that stops him from being a happy driver, but his measures. At least, that is what he bragged about in his funny post the other day. He posed next to this red Corvette Stingray saying he’d love to own one, but could never fit in.

An avalanche of comments then succeeded, of course, as his followers hinted at a proper donation to a faithful fan. Whether or not the car is actually his, we don’t know, but we’re more than certain you guys could find something proper for the big fellow. Feel free to hint at different models Jones could go for instead.
