The coolest videos about the all-new Suzuki Swift Sport have arrived from Japan. We've got every kind of footage imaginable, from boring test drives on the road to anime-themed action shots.
I haven't been following the Japanese car scene for that many years, but isn't the Swift more of a European car? People from the land of the rising sun have adopted it as one of their own and relish the chance to drive one with a big turbo engine.

That's right. Didn't you hear? The new Swift Sport is now fitted with the same 140 horsepower 1.4-liter turbo you get in the Vitara S. Beyond that, it's got the usual mods: bigger brakes, stiffer suspension, naughtier exhaust, etc.

Obviously, there's a body kit too. We think the Swift Sport looks wickedly cool in this yellow paint, yet we can't wait to see it in other tones. But wait, the videos from Japan have one in dark silver.

The angry new hot hatch also does that fake carbon thing, like the Civic Type R. It has the stuff sprinkled inside, on the chin spoiler and front diffuser. It's not the most mature car in the world, but nobody expects it to be.

Want a Suzuki Swift anime version? Of course you do, one with a prominent Tokyo Drift theme. The Sport isn't a Trueno, but we're sure that with the right encouragement from the handbrake it can slide around.

We have to admit that the test drive footage is boring in the extreme. But Japan has some of the harshes traffic laws in the world, so everybody takes it nice and easy. Thankfully, we can spice things up with track footage.
