The new Renault Clio generation that’s coming to the Paris Motor Show is undoubtably the most upmarket attempt of making a supermini that the French auto manufacturer has ever tried. The car is bigger, lighter, more economical and more stylish than ever before. At the same time, it’s been fitted with big car toys, such as a big entertainment display, LED daytime running lights and hidden handles for the back doors.
All this will also translate into one of the sexiest supermini estates the world has ever seen. This car is either called the Clio Estate or the Clio Sports Tourer, an comes with a bigger boot.
It will most likely be shown together with the regular Clio IV hatchback at the Paris Motor Show and should offer the same engine choice of a 0.9 TCe, a 1.2 TCe or the 90 PS 1.5-liter diesel.
This prototype appears to have larger wheels, at least 17-inch ones, and a lowered suspension, indicating that the rumored 140 hp hot version might also become available.
