After showing you one leaked picture of the new Renault Clio IV, it’s time for six more, one of which being of the car’s interior. First off, we clearly need to state that the new Clio is an excellent looking car and a considerable improvement over both its predecessor, as well as the less-than-successful design of the current generation Megane.
These photos we have posted courtesy of carpassion.it, show the car from various exterior angles, highlighting its creases and curves in all their detail, as well as the first real shot of the car’s rear end which is just as impressive as the front, with nicely designed light clusters and wide confidence-inducing shoulders.

The car’s interior reminds us of that seen on the Zoe, however, the one in the Clio looks more grown up, using a more ‘serious’ palette of dark grays and blacks. It features glossy black plastic on the central console which houses what looks like a touchscreen infotainment system. Different carbon-imitation plastic can be seen around the vents, as well as on the inner part of the steering wheel.

The dials also seem to have an interesting oval shape protruding outward from the center, probably housing the trip computer display and (hopefully) shielding it from the sun on a cloudless day. As we’ve come to expect from Renault, and considering the shoes it has to fill, we expect the fourth generation Clio to be a great car which will build on the (many) strengths of its multi-tallented predecessor - we can't wait for the RS!
