New MV Agusta F3 Photos Leaked Ahead of EICMA

With less than a day before the Italian manufacturer MV Agusta officially takes the wraps off its latest middleweight sportsbike at the upcoming EICMA show in Milan, the very much anticipated F3 is being fully previewed. The first images of the bike first surfaced the web some two months ago, showing a mouth-watering three-cylinder supersport machine. The adjacent photos were leaked by the mvagusta.net forum via HfL, but the user responsible for posting them did not reveal any technical details of the new bike. However, rumors have it this “two-wheeled supercar” could be priced somewhere around EUR9,000 (USD12,500). The smaller sibling of the F4 unveiled last year, has been in development for several years, and shares the looks and most likely the technological advancements with the bike that almost snatched the Best in Show title at the 2009 EICMA Show in Milan. With its three-pipe GP exhaust style tip, the MV Agusta F3 draws inspiration from Massimo Tamburini’s classic MV Agusta F4 design. Also, the taillights, the wheels and the front of the bike are striking similar to those of the model. Furthermore, a higher-spec F3 model is also expected to come to life, but we wouldn’t mind for a Brutale version to also debut soon. “After years of continuous design and development along with ongoing research to create the most beautiful and technologically advanced 600cc bike of the world, the first pictures of the "real" MV AGUSTA F3 are revealed,” MV Agusta says. autoevolution will be in Milan tomorrow to witness the unveiling of this impressive machine, so stay tuned for some real up close and personal images, as well as for first-hand details presented at the event.
