New MINI Coupe Goes on Sunday Adventure in Rio

We’ve know of MINI’s marketing skills for a while now, but their latest video creation is a work of pure entertainment value. Why? Because the minute-long flick has a goat-man, a fairy-dog princess, dancing girls, a bit of drifting and a happy end. That’s the way to sell a car.
It all starts randomly enough with some random guy picking a man dressed as a half-goat, who’s late for the Rio carnival. Happily, the MINI Coupe S has a turbocharged 1.6-liter engine and is as nimble as a cat.

The driver then a bunch of fun little maneuvers that show the Coupe’s sportiness, including a slalom through a bunch of carnival dancers in white dresses. The chubby goat-man (we think it’s called a satyr, right?) get there to dance with all his friends and the MINI adventure is done.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
