New Maserati Quattroporte Makes UK Debut at London Party

The new flagship of the Italian brand was launched this week in London at a glamorous debut party created especially for it. First shown at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit last January, the Quattroporte is not the sort of car you can sell by showing press photos. The right people, with money and the right lifestyle must see it in person, caress its every line and imagine themselves behind the wheel.

The party was held at the Hurlingham Club located in the heart of London. A special stage was created especially for this brand new sports saloon, which will soon be available with two engines, a V8 delivering 530HP and a 410HP V6, coupled with an 8-speed automatic gearbox by ZF.

The evening was conducted by the lovely Fifth Gear presenter and racing driver Vicki Butler-Henderson, the first woman to win a race in a Maserati.

The event was also attended by a plethora of famous celebrities such as interior designer Kelly Hoppen, renowned fashion designer and car connoisseur Amanda Wakeley, bespoke jewellery designers Loree Rodkin and Lara Bohinc, acclaimed actresses Sienna Guillory, Camilla Rutherford and Tina Hobley, owners of Matchless fashion label Michele and Manuele Malenotti, dazzling socialites Heather Kerzner, Jeanette Calliva and perfect party organiser Yasmin Mills, swimwear designer Melissa Odabash and well known television personality Calum Best.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
